The Website presents INEAT’s activities and contains buttons referring to the Group’s social networks. It allows interested persons to get in touch by sending a message or by submitting an application for possible recruitment.

The information that you communicate to us is intended for INEAT GROUP and any entity of the group concerned according to the nature and purpose of your request, the internal services concerned (administrative, HR, commercial, etc.) in compliance with this Policy.

They may also be intended for our subcontractors who may be involved in accounting, administrative, legal or technical services such as the hosting and/or management of the Website.


The personal data processed by the Site are kept for the time necessary for their purpose, to which is added that of the legal prescription in case of relationship with INEAT GROUP or in case of exercise of rights.

For contact requests from third parties who are not already customers of INEAT GROUP, the data are kept for a period not exceeding three years from their date.

For applications for recruitment purposes, the data are kept for a period not exceeding two years from the receipt of your complete application.


Persons whose personal data is processed by the Site have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose in certain cases and portability, which they can exercise by sending an email to, justifying their identity and specifying their request.

When the processing of your personal data is based solely on your consent, we remind you that you have the possibility of withdrawing it at any time without this being able to call into question the processing carried out with your consent until then.

You have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL.


INEAT GROUP informs you that it uses the services of authorized service providers, in particular to host the Site and/or facilitate the processing of the data that you communicate to us. These service providers may be located within or outside the European Union.

Some INEAT GROUP entities are also located outside the European Union.
